Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Slimline Design, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — simply review the information below to understand how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • The item has not been installed, modified, or altered in any way

  • You can provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or invoice)

If an item is returned and does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue a partial refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, that’s okay — we can accept a return if it meets the conditions above.

However, please note:

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • There will be an re-stocking fee of 20% of the product cost

We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@slimlinedesign.com.au.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

  1. Contact us first
    Email us at info@slimlinedesign.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Wait for approval
    Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Send your item back
    Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it using a tracked method.

  4. Inspection & refund
    Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been installed or fitted to a vehicle

  • Items that have been modified, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Sale or clearance items
