Warranty Coverage
All Slimline Design weathershields are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If a product is found to have a genuine defect within this period, we will provide a replacement part or store credit, at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

Incorrect installation or improper fitting

Misuse, abuse, or neglect

Accidents or impact damage

Normal wear and tear, including fading or minor surface marks

Modifications or alterations made after purchase
Please note that weathershields must be installed according to the supplied instructions.
Damage resulting from forced fitment, incorrect adhesives, or third-party interference will void the warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at info@slimlinedesign.com.au with the following details:

Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Once we’ve received your claim, our team will assess the issue and respond within a reasonable timeframe — usually 2–5 business days.
If your claim is approved, we’ll provide one of the following resolutions:

Replacement part (for the affected component), or

Store credit equivalent to the value of the product
Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from www.slimlinedesign.com.au or authorised resellers.

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

In some cases, we may request that the faulty item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or credit.
