At Slimline Design, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, handling times, and delivery expectations.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Transit times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your area, but as a general guide:

Location Estimated Delivery Time*
Metro areas (within the same state) 1–3 business days
Interstate (metro to metro) 2–5 business days
Regional & remote areas 3–7 business days

*Please note that these are estimates only. Unexpected courier delays, public holidays, or weather events may affect delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. If the stock is not in our Australia Warehouse, the shipping option will display with "UPS" which means this product will be dispatched from our overseas warehouse.

Order Inspection

We take great care when packing and dispatching your order, but please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review your claim and get back to you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Delivery Delays or Lost Parcels

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of our delivery partners.
While delays are rare, they can happen due to weather, courier backlogs, or other external factors.

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but not received, please contact us right away so we can help investigate with the courier. In cases where an item is deemed lost, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@slimlinedesign.com.au. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request — however, once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipping fees may apply.
